Job Description

• Posting on various Job portals.
• Sourcing/Screening, Short-listing Profile
• Execute behavioural based phone interviews, video conferences and/or in person interviews pre-screen candidates
• Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of the need.
• Maintaining HR records, such as those related to joining, leaves, exit etc
• Explaining the organization's policies to the employees time by time.
• Preparation of salary statement
• Handling the full and final settlement of the employees
• Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
• Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
• Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities including preparation of letters such as offer and confirmation
• Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
• Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have and escalating to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue
• Making Travel arrangements and maintaining travel and tour expenses and vendor bills
• Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly
• Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers
• Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization

Skills Required :

• Good Communication skills both Written and Verbal.
• Must have fair knowledge of Job Portals like Naukri, Monster, Indeed etc.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Must have good Knowledge of Computers & MS-Office

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A.
