Job Description

• Handling Customer Service & Sales Calls from US Customers
• We are looking for candidates who have previously worked in US travel process only. We are not looking for freshers.
• Candidate must have good knowledge of GDS (AMEDUS) for Travel sales.
• Follow up with new and existing customers.
• Meeting monthly performance metrics

Profile / Skills required :

• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Atleast 1 year experience in international Ticketing.
• Atleast 1 year GDS experience (Amadeus Must)
• Flexible to work in any shifts (24X7).
• Should be a team player

Experience: 1 to 6 years
